Welcome to all services provided by this application. By downloading, installing, logging in to or using this application, you fully read, understand and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
Some functions are attached with separate supplementary rules, and your use of corresponding functions shall be deemed acceptance of the supplementary terms.
2. Service Usage Terms
2.1 Usage Requirements
You shall abide by national laws, regulations and all platform management rules. You shall not use plug-ins, crawlers, cracking tools or other abnormal means to access the service, and may only use the application within the scope permitted by law. In case of violations or suspicious conduct, the platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account service.
2.2 Intellectual Property Statement
All texts, images, interfaces, trademarks and other intellectual property rights within the application belong to the operator or corresponding right holders. Without written permission, you may not copy, commercially use, alter or disseminate any content in the application, and shall not remove any copyright statements on pages.
All third-party user-generated content on the platform shall be fully legally liable by the publishers. The platform may inspect and remove illegal content, but does not promise full pre-review of all content.
2.3 Notifications
The platform will push system announcements and service reminders. You may turn off irrelevant notifications in system settings.
3. Privacy and Copyright
Your use of this application means you agree that the platform processes your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The platform may cooperate with copyright owners to safeguard intellectual property rights. If your works are infringed, you may submit rights protection applications through the complaint channel inside the application.
4. Prohibited User Conduct
You promise not to use this application to publish, disseminate or conduct the following content and acts:
- Content and acts violating laws and regulations, endangering national security, damaging ethnic unity, promoting cults, pornography, violence, rumor-mongering, defamation, privacy infringement and other illegal acts;
- Network security hazards such as network intrusion, system data tampering, virus distribution and server sabotage;
- Illegal activities including fraud and gambling.
Rights and Liabilities for User Uploaded Content
- The copyright of all texts, images, audio, video and other content you upload and publish belongs to you or legitimate right holders, and you warrant that such content does not infringe any third-party rights and interests.
- By publishing content, you grant the platform basic rights to display, index, collect and download such content. You may file infringement reports to protect your own works.
- The platform only provides storage space and bears no obligation of pre-copyright review. If an infringement complaint is filed, you shall provide ownership certificates; the platform may remove relevant content if you fail to provide valid proof. All compensation, litigation and penalty losses arising from your uploaded content shall be borne solely by you, and you shall compensate the platform for corresponding losses.
5. Penalties for Violations
If you breach this Agreement, the platform reserves the right to delete content, restrict functions, suspend or permanently ban your account, and cooperate with judicial authorities for investigation and evidence collection. You shall bear all third-party claims, legal fees and other related losses.
6. Disclaimer
This application is provided on an "as-is" basis. The platform will reasonably guarantee basic user experience, but does not warrant uninterrupted, fault-free service or full compliance with your usage demands. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties are disclaimed.
